Juvenile boys riding bikes in store parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported three juvenile boys riding bicycles around the parking lot near a Family Dollar on 17th Avenue, reportedly dodging cars and at risk of being hit. A unit was sent to check on their safety. Radio traffic also included an apparent, unrelated medical call for an adult male and a separate traffic concern about a broken-down trailer on the roadway.
