Smoldering garbage can at Bloomfield intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a smoldering garbage can near the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Edison. The small fire was reported as not near any building and was extinguished, and the engine returned to service.
