Speeding car nearly causes head-on crash on Highway 218

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a speeding gray four-door car that apparently almost struck another vehicle head-on on Highway 218 about three miles south of Blooming Prairie. The vehicle was described as traveling at a high rate of speed in the area.
