Person unconscious then partially responsive at assisted living

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are attending to an unconscious person at Carriage Crossing assisted living facility near Leslie Drive in Bloomington. The patient was found in the dining room and is now conscious but not responding normally. The incident occurred near the intersection with Katie Drive and GE Road.
