Small child reported with youths camping on private land

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reports two youths and a very young child (about 2 years old) were seen near Blue Creek Rd by the Castle Run bridge, and later observed setting up a tarp campsite on the caller’s property near Newman Rd. A silver four-door vehicle was mentioned; it is unclear from the radio traffic whether the juveniles left or were still on scene at the time of the call.
