Report of possibly impaired driver on Highway 133

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible intoxicated driver in a black Subaru traveling westbound on Highway 133 from the Blue River area, driven by an older male. A partial license plate was provided but not confirmed.
