She has a video of the incident where she tried to send via text to 911. Oh, we don't receive video messages. She's concerned for her safety. She said she spoke with the neighbors around her. No one else had anyone to approach their house matching that description. She's wanted to sue with an officer and requesting for extra patrol in the area.
