Elderly woman unresponsive with low heart rate at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a care facility near Southview Drive in Bluefield for an elderly woman in her 80s who was reportedly unresponsive but breathing, with very low blood pressure and a low heart rate. Staff indicated she is listed as do not resuscitate.
