Reckless driving by silver Mustang on local road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a silver Mustang driving recklessly at high speed near a residence on Pinnacle View Road, where children were outside and another vehicle was nearly hit head-on. A patrol unit responded to check the situation.
