Vehicles blocking rescue crew in rec center lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews reported that several parked vehicles were blocking their units in a parking lot near the rec center on Stadium Drive in Bluefield, West Virginia. Police were requested to come to the scene to help clear access.
