Child yelling heard on 911 hang-up near Sand Island boat launch

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up call with GPS showing the caller just southwest of the Sand Island boat launch on the river. A child was reportedly yelling, and a female voice could be heard saying, “Don’t yell.” A callback attempt resulted in negative contact.
