Man falls from ladder, hits head on West Kipler Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location near West Kibler Street and Highway 18 for a man who apparently fell from a ladder, hit his head, and was reported to be drifting in and out of consciousness.
