Elderly woman from unknown group home located

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to an apartment complex on West Street to check on an elderly woman who had reportedly returned after previously being missing. She appears to be from an unknown group home, and responders are having difficulty learning her identity or where she came from.
