Suspicious person reported on South Whittier Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a possible suspicious person on South Whittier Street reportedly wearing dark pants, a dark blue jacket, and possibly having long hair. The person was last seen moving between houses and was then lost from view.
