Juvenile prank call from deactivated phone on 911 line

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a 911 hang-up near Melody Lane in Bolt. The caller initially sounded distressed but was later confirmed to be a juvenile playing with a deactivated phone. No emergency was found.
