Elderly man showing stroke symptoms behind church

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were dispatched to a church on Blanchard Highway for an approximately 80-year-old man who was conscious and breathing but reportedly weak, unable to walk, and showing possible stroke symptoms, including facial droop, slurred speech, and recent falls, behind the church near a small building.
