Black smoke reported near Mission Street and Carroll Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area near Mission Street and Carroll Avenue after a caller from several blocks away reported seeing black smoke and an outdoor smoke condition. Units arrived on scene to investigate the source of the smoke. A separate property alarm was also noted at a business on Esplanade and a unit was sent to a location on Market Street.
