Power line down sparks ditch fire near Route 113

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a downed power line that apparently started a fire in a roadside ditch along a tree line about a mile and a half west of Warner Bridge Road near Route 113 in Kankakee County. A house is reported to be about a mile away from the fire area.
