Loose dog found in roadway at Cedar and William

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a loose small brown three-legged dog near Cedar Street and William Street. A caller’s juvenile son was reportedly keeping the dog out of traffic. Another possible related call came from a nearby address on Cedar Street, and the dog’s owner later reportedly returned, saying nobody was at the corner.
