Illegal dumping of wire insulation reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible illegal dumping near the lift station on Old Five Drive in Boonville, involving a large amount of discarded wire insulation. The caller from a waste management company reported that the material may have come from stripped wire.
