Traffic stop for vehicle with expired registration

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible traffic stop and vehicle registration check near River Road. A license plate was reported as registered in another state, and the registration for a vehicle associated with an address on River Road appeared to be expired. Additional radio traffic mentioned other vehicle checks and a separate medical call on (person_name withheld).
