Traffic stop linked to canceled mental health order

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near Columbus Avenue and Pembroke Street that was connected to a possible Section 12 mental health order. The order was later reported canceled and officials said they were no longer seeking the individual. Separately, officers responded to a two‑car crash on Interstate 95 northbound near exit 55, where one driver reported back pain and a highway sign pole was damaged.
