Male in mental health crisis may have access to firearms

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a BOLO from UMass Boston Police for an adult man in an apparent mental health crisis who reportedly threatened self-harm, possibly by jumping from a library window. He may have access to firearms. Police checked a listed address in Chicopee but did not find him, and units are asked to stop and hold him if located and contact UMass Boston Police.
