Traffic stop on white Chrysler 300 near South Elm

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement conducted a traffic stop involving a white Chrysler 300 near South Elm Road. Dispatch also relayed a possible welfare check on Michigan Road and reports of two white Dodge Charger type vehicles driving recklessly west on US 30 toward the county. A later check involved a white Charger in front of an address on South Elm Road, with license and registration information run over the radio.
