As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported at Stewart Farm Apartments on a male slumped over inside a tan Chevy truck. Fire and police units were dispatched to ensure his safety. The individual appeared to be possibly working on carpet in the area of apartment (number withheld).
