Car and bicycle collision on North Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible collision between a car and a bicyclist near North Main Street and Poe Road in Bowling Green. The caller believed the bicyclist was okay and mentioned a black vehicle might have been involved, but the vehicles may no longer be at the scene.
