Teen female with leg pain and panic attack near north ellsworth road

As discussed during the dispatch call, medic 3 responded to a medical emergency near North Ellsworth Road where law enforcement was on scene with a 14-year-old female who was conscious and breathing. She complained of leg pain and possibly having a panic attack. Initial report included assault and suicidal threat. No parent or guardian was present at the scene; they were reported to be in Pine Ridge.
