Teen threatening self-harm near waterway in Boxborough

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews responded near Beaver Brook Rd by the waterway/path for a reported Q5 (self-harm threat) involving a juvenile female. Police located the patient on the path and fire/rescue assisted at the scene.
