Welfare check for woman with history of abuse

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a possible domestic violence-related welfare check at a lot in a Lakeview Village mobile home park, after an out-of-state caller reported concern for a friend with a history of abuse and no contact for several hours.
