Reckless passing by silver Volkswagen on M-75

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a silver Volkswagen that reportedly passed many vehicles at once and nearly entered a construction area without stopping on M-75 between Boyne City and Walloon, then continued northbound on US-131 toward the Emmet County line.
