Officers check report of argument behind bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a reported disturbance behind a business known as the Muskrat, where two males were possibly arguing or fighting in an alley near Park and River. Units arrived in the area but did not immediately observe any ongoing problem.
