Wire and tree sparking fire at Washington and 11th

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and utility workers responded to a reported wire on fire near Washington Avenue and 11th Street. The line later appeared no longer burning but possibly still smoldering, with visible sparking and a small flame seen through nearby trees. Additional radio traffic included an unrelated welfare check at an apartment on First Avenue in Tarentum and a medical call for an elderly male at a nursing home on Broadview Boulevard.
