Odor of smoke at Chambersburg nursing facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Chambersburg were dispatched to a skilled nursing facility on South Avenue for an inside investigation of a reported odor of smoke. Multiple engines, a tower unit, and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
