58-year-old woman with altered mental status in Bradford

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency response was dispatched to near South Avenue and Venango Street in Bradford for a 58-year-old female with altered mental status who was sick, hot, dizzy, and not responding appropriately but could be heard saying she was fine.
