Vehicle tire damaged after hitting metal in road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a vehicle near 10th Avenue and J Street Northeast that apparently struck a piece of metal in the roadway, causing a tire to blow out. The vehicle was moved from a traffic lane to the shoulder.
