Neighbor accused of harming chickens and animals

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a property near Fire Tower Road in the Branchland area for a report that a neighbor allegedly tried to run over chickens, let other animals loose, and encouraged someone else to run over the chickens.
