Domestic dispute with bleach poured on clothing

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible domestic disturbance near an apartment complex on Plantation Palms Drive in Brandon. A caller reported a dispute between two people in the parking area, where one person was allegedly pouring bleach on the other person’s clothing. Attempts to call back reached an open line and then no answer.
