Reckless driver weaving through traffic on Route 29

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are alerted to a possible reckless driver in a white four-door car, possibly a Volkswagen, weaving through traffic on Route 29 near the Rappahannock County line and approaching Brandy Station. The caller reported tailgating, brake checking, and the driver hanging out of the window while gesturing.
