Suspicious vehicle with tracker reported on Horsehead Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond near Horsehead Road to check on a gray Dodge Charger with a Virginia license plate that reportedly has a tracking device and has been parked there since around noon the previous day, following a request from another county.
