Welfare check for juveniles reportedly not fed

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to conduct a welfare check on two juveniles (ages 16 and 12) at a residence near Old Pinola Braxton Rd in Braxton after an anonymous caller (described as their sister) reported the caregiver may not be feeding them. Radio traffic also mentioned the biological mother reportedly has a no-contact order involving the juveniles at this address.
