Downed power line sparks brush fire on West Kent Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a primary power line down across Blair Road south of Madison with no sparking noted at first. A separate dispatch then reports a downed power line causing a small brush fire near the 1500 block of West Kent Road by South Nine Mile and South 1 Mile roads.
