Reckless Camaro driven by suspected drunk driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a black Camaro being driven recklessly and possibly by an intoxicated driver near Hamilton Boulevard and Schaefer Run Road, with the vehicle last seen heading eastbound. The information was called in by an EMS unit from Cetronia.
