Repeated 911 hang-up calls from Quality Inn phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch handled repeated 911 hang-up and open-line calls from a room at a hotel on Alabama Avenue in Bremen. Callbacks reached no one, and it was later reported that phones in the area may be auto-dialing 911 during maintenance while a fire alarm randomly activates but can be turned off.
