Teen female reported to have attempted self-harm via medication overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched near Chapman Street for a report of a teen female attempting self-harm via medication overdose. Responders were instructed to stage until law enforcement secured/stabilized the scene.
