Guest driving stolen cart in hotel parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call from a resort reporting a guest who reportedly took one of the property’s carts and was driving other people around in a parking lot area near the west wing. An officer was sent to meet staff at the front desk and locate the guest.
