Driver fails to stop on Elm Street in Bridgewater

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a vehicle that failed to stop on Elm Street in Bridgewater and then headed toward the highway area. The gray Mazda CX-9 was last seen in that area, and officers were not in pursuit.
