Man revived with Narcan after opioid overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of an unresponsive 41-year-old man in a bathroom at a location near East Main Street. The caller reported opioid use and that the man was not breathing. Responders administered Narcan at least twice, and the man was later reported to be alert and conscious.
