Sprinkler system malfunction causes small water leak

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews investigated a fire and burglar alarm activation at a commercial building near 34th Street in Brigantine, New Jersey. Truck 1 forced entry when key holders could not be reached, and Engine 2 located the alarm panel. Responders reported the building was clear and a possible system malfunction with a small water leak in the sprinkler room, which was handled by Engine 2 and Truck 1.
