Visitor center complaint over dog in watershed area

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to the Silver Lake visitor center near East Conklin Road for a possible trespassing or disorderly conduct complaint. Visitor center staff reported someone brought a large dog into a no-dog watershed area, refused to leave, and went out fishing. The person reportedly arrived in a white Ford Explorer with a local plate.
