Seller reportedly points pistol at buyer during dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported that while attempting to purchase a 5th wheel hitch, the seller argued, went into a garage, and reportedly pointed a pistol at the caller and told them to leave. Caller (name withheld) said they would wait next door (in a white GMC pickup). Incident reported near N Rogers Hwy (near Packard and Sutton).
